FOR ADOPTION: BEVERLEY is a stunning approximately 2 year old female that is looking for a fun loving forever family. This lovely girl came into our care while heavily pregnant and as part of a fairly large family group. She has raised her babies in a loving foster home and they have all since been adopted. Beverley’s foster home had a large calm dog in the family whom Beverley was able to live with quite amicably. She’s a little on the dominant side but has been able to get along well with all of the cats we’ve introduced her to, she just takes some time to warm up to brand new friends. Beverley is also quite comfortable with respectful children and would make an excellent family cat. Beverley does have an enlarged heart which we got checked out via cardiac ultrasound in Prince George. The ultrasound came back clear and this is something she does not require medication for and it does not affect her life expectancy etc at this time. It has been recommended by the specialist for Beverley to have her heart rechecked every year to couple of years to ensure it stays the same but at this time they have no worries for her future Beverley’s enlarged heart just means she has more love to go around! She loves pets and cuddles, loves exploring her space and loves to play! Beverley is a fairly active young cat and would do well in a mentally and physically stimulating home. If you enjoy entertaining cats, this is the girl for you! She would do well indoor only in an enriching environment, she’s a great candidate for harness training for walks, could love a catio and could do well indoor/outdoor in a safe environment.
