My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

As Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “The smallest feline is a masterpiece,” and this petite pale gray and white kitty, royally named Regina, is beautiful in body, mind and spirit.

Regina came to us from another shelter unable to accommodate her special needs. Both a paraplegic and FeLV+ cat, she had little cause for hope of surviving outside our doors. Yet, here at Tabby’s Place, with an expanding list of fans, she is thriving. Regina actively enjoys observing all the antics of the other cats in her suite. And, as far as we can tell, they adore her as much as we humans do. A loving, little “purr machine,” Regina likes to snuggle up in her blankets and lick your fingers tenderly. And a mini meow from this regal princess is like a gentle massage for your heart.

Regina has thrived at Tabby’s Place, receiving stellar medical care and the love of everyone who meets her – staff, volunteers, and visitors alike. Everyone is rooting for this impish little feline to have a happy, healthy life. Her cheerful embrace of the hardships she faces is truly inspiring and her spirit is indefatigable. She is a real fighter, and the tale of her resilience has made a poignant impact upon Tabby’s Place supporters across several continents.

Regina’s “miracle story” is rapidly spreading, and we hope to find the friend or family prepared to meet her special needs and offer her a loving, forever home. Could that possibly be you? Please fill out an online adoption application today!

Additional adoption info

For an adoption fee of $150, you will take home a cat that has received the very best medical care and evaluation. Every cat that leaves Tabby’s Place has been thoroughly examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for FeLV and FIV, and treated for parasites.

We are currently offering two methods of adoption meetings:
1. Adopters can meet cats in person between 2-5PM daily. Appointments are strongly recommended, but we will make every effort to accommodate walk-ins where possible. Most cats and some select kittens are available for in-person meetings.

2. Adopters can meet cats and kittens via video meeting between 10:00AM-5:00PM daily by appointment only and subject to availability. Kittens in foster homes are only available for video adoption meetings.

Get started now by completing our online application. One or our adoption counselors will then contact you within 48 hours.
