Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    Please Visit www.HopeForCleo.com/adopt To Put In An Application.
  2. Interview
    Phone Interview with a Member of Our Application Team.
  3. Home Check
    This is Done During the Phone Interview Via Facetime or Zoom.
  4. Approve Application
    Reviews The Fees & The Adoption Process and Sets You Up with The Team That Has the Pups to Find a Time Together to Meet Them.
  5. Meet the Pet
    If you find a pet that you love and want to adopt and your have another animal at home a meet and greet is set up at this time.
  6. Sign Adoption Contract
    Sign All the Adoption Paperwork.
  7. Pay Fee
    There are Adoption Fees and a spay neuter deposit that is required by NYS Agriculture and Market.

    We Accept Cash, Money Order or Paypal.

We specialize in rescuing those most vulnerable: pregnant dogs and cats, nursing mothers, and underage orphaned animals who face the greatest risk in overcrowded shelters. Through compassionate care, dedicated fosters, and community support, we give these animals a second chance at life.
