Meet Oscar,
URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR THIS LOTTLE GUY WHO HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY FAILED BY HIS PREVIOUS OWNER! NOW HE WILL DIE WITHOUT HELP!
Oscar has been entered into our Managed Intake program due to his owner traveling and has no time for him so he dumps him scared and alone. He has not been around a lot of people and is very fearful and is unsure of other dogs so he is looking for someone who will give him the patience and understanding he needs. He’s only a year old so he can learn people are ok and dogs are fun to play
with. He’s bend ripped at the shelter now he is good with other dogs just a little nervous and he is a sweet boy. PLEASE TEXT KAREN 4136298152
