Charlotte was born last August to a family that didn’t give her much attention. Then she was brought to a local shelter where she was very scared. Since coming to The Cottage she has begun to feel comfortable. She likes her kitty friends and loves to be able to hang out in the catio. She has begun to trust people and likes pets.

The Kitty Cottage Sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing, reconditioning, and responsibly nurturing under-socialized cats. We strive to secure a forever home through suitable adoption placement.

Why We Exist: under socialized cats are often deemed unadoptable to shelters and rescues groups. These shy cats are not given the correct circumstances to thrive, which leads to a lack of placement. The kitty cottage sanctuary is focused on providing the correct environment and the appropriate amount of time to these cats. We believe that these undersocialized cars can become the perfect addition to loving families across Minnesota.
