This big girl was found as a stray in the woods of a neighboring county with a friend, a Cane Corso/boxer mix which has since been adopted. We tried to catch both of them but had to resort to trapping. Upon trapping, it was obvious she was afraid. We brought her to one of the foster s homes and it was hard to get her to trust enough to come down the ramp. It took about 3 days for Keira to realize the foster was going to be nothing but kind to her. She now absolutely loves her foster, and Keira is very attentive to the foster s directives.
Keira has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and is heartworm negative. She is also potty trained. Keira does need a lot of confidence building and reassurance that her family loves her. She is a big, gorgeous girl that is so deserving of a wonderful home.
