God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. We thank you for your understanding.
Meet most chilled out, laid back kitty you’ve ever seen! Hobo (Luna) wandered onto a random front porch one day and just decided to stay. She was out on the streets for a while and got in a fair share of scrapes and tussles and she might have a few battle scars to show for it. But she never let it get her down and she is unbelievably sweet and gentle and supernaturally calm in practically any situation.
She’s super friendly and she can be playful too and she would love nothing more than a comfortable spot to chill out and have fun and a loving human to snuggle up with (and to make sure the foods on time)! She gets along with people of all ages, other cats, and dogs and would be the perfect companion for pretty much anyone!

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted.
So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.
