Meet Ghost, a sweet and gentle 1-year-old kitty who came into foster care when another foster needed help caring for him and his sister.

Ghost may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s incredibly affectionate and eager for love. Every time I walk into the cat room, he jumps up on my legs, asking for pets and attention. While he’s not a fan of being picked up, he absolutely enjoys curling up next to you on the couch for a cozy cuddle.

He can be a bit of a challenge to get into a carrier (we’re working on that!), so a patient adopter or alternative transport method will go a long way.

Ghost gets along wonderfully with other cats and kittens. We’re not sure how he feels about dogs, but a calm, respectful pup would likely be a good match.

He loves his morning wet food and doesn’t mind sharing with his foster siblings. When he’s not playing, you’ll often find him lounging peacefully on one of the cozy cat beds.
