Walter is a 2.5 year old bundle of love who’s ready to find his forever home. He’s incredibly affectionate, great with people of all ages, and has a gentle heart that wins everyone over. Walter has been raised in a home full of love and companionship, which has made him deeply connected to his people. Because he spent his early years with a homebound family member, Walter has developed some separation anxiety and will do best in a home where someone is around often or where he has another dog for company. He thrives with structure, patience, and lots of love. Walter is fully house trained and will nudge at your leg when it’s time to go out but will have accidents which I believe is likely tied to his anxiety about being alone. He needs an experienced adopter who understands dogs with anxiety and can offer consistency and care.
