*These dogs don’t belong to ASF and haven’t been evaluated by ASF. They are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together. The owner is surrendering them because of her husband’s health issues. They need to go by 9/30!*
Meet Dash (black tri)! She is an 5 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 42 lbs. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Dash is good with kids and dogs! She hasn’t been tested around cats. She is nervous during car rides.
Meet Miller (blue merle)! She is an 9 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Miller is nervous around younger children! She is good with older children and dogs! She hasn’t been tested around cats.
If you think you can provide a great home for Dash and Miller, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $300 ($150 per dog) rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Dash and Miller.

Nancy Gonzalez, founder and CEO, created Australian Shepherds Furever (ASF), a non-profit organization to promote the educated adoption and rescue of the Australian Shepherd (Aussie) dog breed.
In July of 2012, ASF initiated as a Facebook page hoping to have 1,000 user "likes" by the end one year. The page quickly outgrew expectations, now with a network of nearly 67,000 individuals striving to provide aid and refuge to Aussies all over the country.
Using the Facebook page as a platform, the website www.australianshepherdsfurever.org was developed as an additional resource aimed at educating the public on this intelligent and beautiful breed. It provides resources for those seeking help, or those willing to contribute to the Adopt, Save, Foster (ASF) philosophy. Through this philosophy, ASF has saved the lives of countless dogs and helped to provide assistance to those that have nowhere else to turn.
We as humans have a responsibility to speak up and take action in favor of those beings that are less fortunate. Thanks to a team of passionate and proactive volunteers, Aussies nationwide are given a chance at a better life through Australian Shepherds Furever.
