My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buttah is a such a lovely kitty! With soulful eyes and a playful spirit, she's a sweet and shy girl who is learning to enjoy pets and affection from humans once she warms up a bit, which she does with gentle pets and slow blinks.

Buttah enjoys being around other cats and would do best in a home where she would have a confident young kitty companion to play with and help bring her out of her shell. The only thing this pretty little angel needs is a patient adopter and a loving furrever home!

Buttah is about 10 months old and healthy. She is spayed and microchipped, was treated for parasites upon rescue, has tested fiv-/felv- and is up to date on all vaccinations.

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
