  1. Interview
    1. Please fill out an online questionnaire for review at www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.Once approved, move to step 2.
  2. Sign Adoption Contract
    1. Submit the adoption agreement online: www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.
      We will then email and invoice for fee payment.
