Ramona the Fluffy Little Lioness
With her dramatic plume of a tail, tufted ears, and striking striped coat, Ramona looks like she stepped right out of a fairytale—maybe the one where the lion cub becomes queen of the castle. But don’t be fooled by the glamor—this girl has plenty of spice to go with the sweet.
Now around 8 months old, Ramona is blossoming into a truly special cat. She's affectionate, curious, and cuddly when the vibe is right—but she also knows what she wants and isn’t shy about letting you know when she’s not in the mood. She has opinions. She has boundaries. And she also has the most ridiculous floofy paws with tiny white mittens that make it impossible to stay mad when she throws a little sass your way.
Ramona came into rescue sick and undersized, and had surgery to remove scar tissue from one eye (which has since healed beautifully). She’s resilient, spirited, and deeply lovable. Her foster mom is smitten—and says Ramona is the perfect balance of cuddle bug and tiny boss lady.
She’s been raised around other cats and a dog (her unofficial personal assistant), but her closest bond is with her brother Owen. After all they’ve been through—illness, recovery, and even a return to rescue after a failed adoption—they remain each other’s anchor. They snuggle. They play. They comfort one another. And we are committed to keeping them together.
