Meet Daisy, a delightful black retriever mix who is approximately two years old. Rescued by a U.S. Customs Port agent, she has been lovingly fostered to keep her safe from shelters. Daisy is full of energy and enjoys playing. Daisy is around 2.5 years old. Her foster parent believes she would thrive best in a home where she can be the sole pet, receiving all the love and attention she craves. Daisy adores playing fetch and has even formed a peaceful coexistence with the resident cat. Daisy is house and leash trained. Already spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations and flea and tick prevention, Daisy is now searching for her forever home where she can receive the affection she truly deserves.

2. Interview
If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

3. Home check
After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4. Meet the pet
The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
Amazing Strays Rescue knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but most importantly, through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2018, realized that by working with Shelters we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Amazing Strays Rescue.
