Say hello to Pie. She is about a year and a half old and is really a sweetie Pie. Pie came from a feral colony in Cape Hatteras, NC. Unfortunately the rest of the colony has been killed off by coyotes in the past half year. It was decided to send Pie up here for a bit of taming to get her away for the coyotes. Pie came to us as a very shy kit but has really made progress. She will always be a bit cautious but had turned into a love. It is going to take her a few weeks to warm to you but I promise that she is a total love. She loves affection and likes to hang out on my lap when I am at the computer. You can pick her up but she is still not excited about it. Pie is crate trained and has learned to eat in her crate. She has been around my dog and mixes well with other cats. I think children will be fine as well as long as the kids are gentle with her and give her time. We charge no adoption fee but just want her to go to a good home. She is current on her shots and has been neutered.
