Howard was found in a ditch, likely hit by a car, with multiple broken bones. After receiving lots of love and care in his foster home, he’s made an incredible recovery and blossomed into a handsome, happy pup. Now, Howard is returning to the shelter and is officially available for adoption!
This resilient 4-year-old has been through so much and deserves nothing more than a loving forever home. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is always eager to make new friends.
