My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy! Lucy is a 1 year old young mama who’s ready for a fresh start after raising her kittens in a loving foster home. This petite girl is a bit shy at first and needs some time to feel safe in new surroundings—but once she starts to settle in, her chatty personality begins to shine through! Lucy is known for her sweet little meows and her love of wet food (mealtime is her favorite part of the day!). She’s not a fan of being picked up, but she enjoys being near her person and observing the world around her from a comfy spot. Because of her sensitive nature, Lucy would thrive in a quiet, calm home without young children. She may do well with another gentle, respectful cat who can help her build confidence. With patience, love, and a little extra care, Lucy has the potential to blossom into a loyal and loving companion. To meet Lucy, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
