Meet Dave – The Gentle Survivor
Dave is a 3-year-old neutered male with striking grey, black, and white tabby markings and soulful golden eyes that quietly ask, "Can I trust you?" Found as a stray and taken in by a kind-hearted vet, Dave arrived at our shelter very thin—but with a clean bill of health and a heart full of potential.
Despite everything he’s been through, Dave is gentle and observant. He’s still adjusting to indoor life, watching the world with curiosity from his perch by the window. While a bit shy at first, he’s not fearful—just taking his time to learn that he’s finally safe. He is a goofy guy, just wanting to hang out. He can be timid, but will allow you to pick him up and give him cuddles.
Up to date on all his vaccines and already neutered, Dave is ready for a calm, loving home where he can rebuild his confidence and continue putting on healthy weight. He’d thrive with someone patient and kind who understands that quiet companionship is just as precious as playful energy.
