My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Reed! (Available on July 5th)

Reed is one of six pups from Ricke Lee’s Loves.

Reed is a spirited and playful pup who loves being right in the middle of all the action—especially when playing with his siblings! This smart little guy is a quick learner, always eager to pick up new skills and commands.

Reed has a striking Terrier coat with beautiful black and tan markings that make him stand out in any crowd. While he adores his plush toys, he’s currently teething and especially enjoys tough chew toys that keep him happily occupied.

He’s looking for a home where someone is around most of the day to continue his training and socialization. With his high energy and lightning-fast reflexes, Reed needs an adopter who can keep up with a fast-moving, curious puppy! He’s not the type to be left behind—Reed wants to be included in all your family adventures.

Reed would thrive in an all-adult household or a home with children aged 10 and up, due to his small size and bouncy energy. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who will bring joy and excitement to your life, Reed just might be the perfect match!

(An adoption fee of $400 is required.)
If you are interested in this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website where you will find a link to an adoption application form. https://www.chewdogrescue.org/adopt

If you have previously submitted an application form to CHEW, there is no need to reapply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
