My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Betty!
Betty is a sweet and soulful 2-year-old mixed breed with a petite 45 lb frame and a heart full of love. With a touch of pit in her background, she brings all the loyalty and affection of the breed—just in a smaller package!

Betty is fully vetted, house-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. She gets along well with other dogs and has a gentle, easygoing personality that makes her a joy to be around. Despite being abandoned, Betty hasn’t lost her trust in people. She's currently safe in foster care while CCR works to find her the loving forever home she deserves.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who’s already past the puppy phase but still full of playful energy and affection, Betty might be the perfect match!   Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue atCcrtennessee@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.

More about this rescue

We are a dedicated group of rescue volunteers who desire to find loving homes for animals who have been placed in shelters and are in grave danger of euthanasia. Our heart's desire is to provide you with a loving companion for many years to come.
