Meet Phoebe!

Phoebe is an approximately 15 year old, spayed female, Pomeranian/Papillon X (our guess). She has some loss of vision and possibly hearing, yet she’s still so trusting. Dogs are so resilient! She has fabulous hair, including on all 4 paws giving her “Grinch feet” (if you know you know), that enhance her incredibly sweet disposition.
