My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aspen is a bold little heartthrob with a taste for excitement and a whole lot of love to give. Just wait until he looks at you with those penetrating, soulful eyes -- his gaze will absolutely melt your heart. Now a young adult, he still has all the energy and curiosity of his kitten days: chasing toys, scaling cat trees, and instigating fun with his foster friends. He and fellow foster cat Colin are especially well-matched. They love to roughhouse and share a similar spirited play style. While they’re not a bonded pair, they would make a fantastic duo if adopted together.

Of course, Aspen isn’t all action. He’s also irresistibly sweet. This affectionate boy melts for attention and loves to snuggle after a good play session. He’s gentle with everyone and great with kids of all ages. He gets along beautifully with other cats and even dogs. Aspen is the kind of cat who charms everyone he meets. Just be warned: he’s also a total rascal when it comes to food. Aspen is obsessed with wet food and has no shame about trying to steal it from other bowls. He’s a shameless food thief and an incorrigible counter surfer who firmly believes any unattended surface is a buffet. Mealtimes with Aspen are lively and full of personality!

As a kitten, Aspen had a congenital esophageal defect that made swallowing difficult, but that’s long behind him now. He eats normally and is thriving. He has developed some allergies, though it’s still unclear whether they’re food-related or environmental. With a little attention and care, he remains a happy, healthy boy.

If you’re looking for a charming gentleman with a delightful mix of sweetness and mischief, Aspen might just sweep you off your feet.Available for adoption from Kitty Kat Haven and Rescue
