My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nala – The Sweetheart You’ve Been Waiting For

Nala is a 7-month-old mixed breed angel with soft eyes, a gentle soul, and a heart that only knows love. At 44 pounds, she’s the perfect size to curl up beside you and melt into your arms. Despite being abandoned and left to wander alone, Nala remains full of trust, joy, and hope for the forever family she dreams of.

She adores children, plays beautifully with other dogs, and lights up with even the smallest bit of attention. She walks politely on a leash, is fully vetted, and carries herself with a quiet grace that softens even the hardest days.

Nala doesn’t just want a home—she wants a person to adore, a lap to rest her head on, and a place where she’ll never be left behind again. If you’ve got room in your heart for a dog who will love you more than anything, Nala is waiting with tail wags and open paws. If you were interested in this very special girl, contact critter, cavalry rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. she is ready for something good to happen in her life

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.

More about this rescue

We are a dedicated group of rescue volunteers who desire to find loving homes for animals who have been placed in shelters and are in grave danger of euthanasia. Our heart's desire is to provide you with a loving companion for many years to come.
