This stunning girl is as sweet as she is beautiful. The moment you give her attention, she turns on her purr motor and soaks it all up with the happiest little face.

Nala is also full of curiosity — always eager to explore every corner of her world. When she’s not snoozing like royalty, she’s zipping around at top speed, chasing toys, batting springs, and showing off her best kitten zoomies. 🐾💨

Her favorite thing of all? Playing and wrestling with her beloved brother, Goose. These two are inseparable partners-in-crime — chasing, cuddling, and keeping each other endlessly entertained. 🐱🐱

Because of their special bond, Nala is looking for her forever home together with Goose. Adopt them both, and you’ll have double the love, double the laughter, and double the heart-melting moments every single day. 💖

1.
Submit Application

Before submitting an application, we ask that you review the information on cat care and our policies here: https://www.vokra.ca/adopt

2.
Interview

Our adoption counsellors focus on educating our adopters on cat care. Once approved, they use a matching process to find your perfect pet.

3.
Meet the Pet

When you find a kitty you like, you will arrange an appointment with the foster home - where the kitty feels most comfortable and confident.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our adoptions contract process includes reviewing critical cat care information and providing contacts for post-adoption advice.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Woo hoo! You will be expected to take the kitty to a free post-adoption vet check within 2 weeks, and follow up on any required vet care.

Additional adoption info

Each year more than 1,400 cats and kittens are adopted through VOKRA. We're always here after the adoption if you need ongoing advice.

Response times can vary, depending on the time of year and available volunteer resources. Applications and help requests for non-emergency issues will usually receive a response in 1-3 days.
