Tobi’s journey began as a quiet visitor at an apartment complex, where he appeared daily in search of food—and a little kindness. When a small injury showed up on his arm, his rescuer knew it was time to bring him in and give him the care he deserved. Now safe, healthy, and thriving in a loving foster home, Tobi is ready to find his forever family.

This sweet and shy kitten has blossomed into a calm companion who loves lounging by the window, watching the world go by. He adores his wet food, enjoys gentle playtime with toys, and gets along wonderfully with other cats. While Tobi isn't fond of dogs, he’s respectful and keeps his distance, making him a great fit for a quiet, dog-free home.

Tobi is fully litter box trained and prefers not to be kenneled. He’s a bit of an introvert—independent at times, but also a cuddle bug when the mood strikes. If you’re looking for a laid-back feline friend who appreciates affection on his terms, Tobi might just be your perfect match.

Adoption fee is $150 for kittens and $100 for adults.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application required for dogs. However, because it stresses cats to be confined and transported with dogs long distances, we do not transport our cats. They are local to Texas only. Thank you.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
