Meet Rocky. Rocky joined the NorCal family when his owner did not have the time to spend with him, that he so desperately deserved.
Rocky arrived scared and fearful of humans. But, we are happy to report that Rocky has blossomed into a playful, friendly boy. He is jumping up on the couch, with the other dogs, sleeping on the bed with his foster mom and is ready to run and play and give lots of love and attention. He is still somewhat skittish of new people, but is becoming more confident everyday.
Rocky has been fully vetted and we are monitoring a couple medical issues, but he is doing well.
