Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Liam was found as a stray and brought to a shelter in very rough shape. We got Liam out of the shelter and straight to the vet. He had many tests and treatments, including a feeding tube for some time. He was diagnosed with FIV and FVR, which were causing him to be congested and have a runny nose. It took some months to get him healthy enough to be ready to find his forever home, and he's finally there!
Here's a note from Liam's foster family:
“Liam is a sweet silly boy. He loves affection, his Temptations treats and a cozy blanket. While Liam loves attention and human companionship, he is also capable of being independent so he would be okay if his forever human had to go to work during the day as long as they can give him lots of pets when they get home.
Liam is a very happy kitty and will win you over with his loud purrs and affection disposition.
Liam is a chill guy. He was such a trooper when he was on a feeding tube and a dream patient.
Having a chronic illness does not stop Liam from getting zoomies and playing with his toys. Liam loves catnip toys and chasing rod and string toys.
He would like a quiet home where he can nap, look out the window and have as many chin and booty scritches as he wants.
Now that Liam is eating regularly again he is a bit of a chonky boy and has been started on a weight-loss journey. Being declawed puts a lot of strain on his front paws, so losing some weight would help Liam to be more comfortable.”
