Sam is a 40 lb corgi mix with a heart as warm as his smile. He's a gentle, low-energy guy who gets along well with other dogs (even if he's not much of a playmate) and is great with cats.
This sweet boy is fully house trained, crate trained, and actually loves snoozing in his crate. On walks, he's a solid leash walker—especially once he settles into his stride. 🚶♂️🐕
Sam is known as a "uniquely shaped weighted blanket" because he adores draping himself over his humans. He's best suited to a calm, adults-only home, where he can relax, feel safe, and soak up the affection he loves so much. 💛
He does have arthritis and some leg discomfort, and he's learning to trust people with gentle handling of his legs. With patience, kindness, and treats (his favourite!), he blossoms. Speaking of treats… he's a big fan of food and treat balls! 🍖🧩
