Fanta, we call her Fancy is a tuxedo girl around a year old. She’s one of the cats from Lil Abner trailer park. She was found alone near a demolished trailer laying in the dirt & rocks crying. She sometimes likes alone time but prefers to be around people & other cats. We’ve been fostering her for almost a month. She’s very friendly. Loves people, other cats & would probably do ok with dogs just hasn’t been tested yet. She doesn’t scare very easily with loud noises other than not liking the vacuum. She likes music & the tv. She’s quite confident walking around tail up. She has a weird quirk where she pants when something is new. She’s not distressed and will be double checked when I bring her in Thursday. Her left eye is still sometimes watery. She’s been checked for that & we used silverine from the rescue. It could be an allergy thing.
She doesn’t like being picked up but can be easily put in a crate. Her biggest issue is being medicated. She handles laying on the table, shots, etc like a champ but pilling her was a challenge the last time we were at the rescue.
She’s a sweetheart & could just be nervous since she was probably never vetted until she was trapped and spayed. She’s ear tipped so we are pretty sure she was spayed & rtf or lived with someone at the trailer park.
She loves being petted when she eats & is completely food & treat obsessed. She loves toys of all kinds especially the ones with catnip & wand toys.
