Olive is a sweet young cat who was rescued from a hoarding situation. She’s curious and calm, often content to sit by the window and quietly observe her surroundings. Olive loves tall scratching posts and small toys she can bat around for fun.
She’s friendly and enjoys being around people, but she also appreciates having a safe, quiet space to retreat to if things get a bit overwhelming. While she may be shy with new people or loud noises at first, she warms up at her own pace.
Olive gets along well with other cats and is comfortable being petted while she eats—a sign of the trust she builds with her humans. Originally from Quebec, she responds happily when spoken to in French—she’s a bilingual little chatterbox who’s known for her meow-barks and lively conversations.
Olive has opened up her heart and greets you for a cuddle or two in the morning even before she eats breakfast. She can easily be picked up and is eager to see you. She gets along with other cats and kittens and loves to sleep in a hut.
