Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Johnny 💙
Johnny is a 1-year-old Terrier Mix with a heart as big as his 32-pound frame. This handsome boy was found as a stray and, heartbreakingly, was never reclaimed—he’s been patiently waiting for his forever home for 244 days. Through it all, Johnny has remained the sweetest, most gentle soul you could hope to meet. Johnny has never done a single thing wrong. In fact, he often seems to wonder why he hasn’t been chosen yet. If he could tell you himself, he’d say: “Come on guys, I might not be the cutest thing, but I will love you forever.” And he truly means it. His loyalty and affection are endless. He has done wonderfully with his kennel mates, showing that he can share space and companionship with other dogs. We’re not yet sure how he does with cats or children, and we don’t know if he is house-trained or crate-trained—but with patience, consistency, and love, Johnny is more than ready to learn. The good news? Johnny is heartworm negative, up to date on all vaccinations including rabies, and he has been neutered. He’s healthy, ready, and just waiting for someone to give him the chance he deserves. All Johnny needs is a little time and a lot of love. Open your heart to this sweet boy, and he’ll spend the rest of his life proving you made the best decision ever. 🐾
