Persephone’s journey has been a tough one, but her spirit shines through. She was found in an apartment complex with one of her eyes bulging from a severe infection. Despite the pain she endured, she remained gentle and trusting. With care and treatment, she healed — though she lost vision in that eye, it doesn’t stop her from living life to the fullest.
Persephone is now a playful, affectionate, and incredibly loving girl. She has formed an unbreakable bond with her best friend Twix, who also lost sight in one eye after being rescued from a hoarding situation. The two of them have been through so much, and they bring comfort and joy to each other every day.
We are looking for a special family willing to open their hearts and home to Persephone and Twix together. These precious girls deserve a safe, loving forever home where they can continue to thrive side by side.
