Meet Banjo – A Sweet Senior Beagle Looking for a Peaceful Forever Home
Banjo is a charming 11–12-year-old beagle with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. He’s at that golden stage in life where he simply wants to enjoy the little things—soft beds, quiet companionship, and the occasional squeaky toy or bone to chew on. This mellow gentleman gets along wonderfully with people, including kids, and even does well with cats. Banjo can be around other dogs and gets along with them, but he would prefer to be the only dog in the home where he can fully relax and soak up all the love and attention. He would thrive in a calm environment without high-energy dogs, as he’s not getting along with our younger red fox labs—one of the reasons we’re making the difficult decision to rehome him.
