Buddy was found as a stray in Houston, Texas, with no owners claiming him. Buddy is a cute little short pup that is pretty low maintenance and is quiet. He gets along with all the little dogs in his foster home. He likes to just lounge in the sun, on a chair, in his bed, or wherever he can. His foster describes him as lap loving, mellow, and playful. Buddy also likes going on walks.

Buddy takes seizure medications, but has in no way impacted his quality of life! He's happy, healthy and ready for a new home!

Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
