This sweet girl got the short end of the stick when we were picking names from "Wicked," because there's not a villainous bone in her body! She's one of those kittens who will start purring the second you walk into the room, just because she's happy to see you. Madam Morrible and her littermates hadn't been around people much when they first arrived, and she may always be slightly shy with new people, but she has come a long, long way from the scared tiny kitten she once was!
These days, Madam Morrible adores attention from both her fellow felines and her human friends. She's sleek and silky soft, so you'll be as happy to spend time petting her as she is to spend time being petted! And that eager purr just can't be beat...even if she's feeling a little shy, she'll still let you know how happy she is to have your company. Whoever takes this little lady home for good will be one lucky duck.

The Woodford Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal organization located in Versailles, Kentucky. We provide shelter and care to the homeless and unwanted animals in Woodford County, surrounding counties, as well as animals from other states. We care for pets of all breeds and ages, with no time limit on their stay, and we are proud to maintain an annual placement rate of over 95%.
With no government funding, we are completely dependent on private contributions to continue to provide care to around a thousand animals each year.
Adoption fees include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations and deworming while at our Adoption Center, feline leukemia and FIV screening for cats, heartworm screening for dogs, a microchip with a lifetime registration, a free veterinary checkup, and a starter bag of food.
