Ghost Rider might be the luckiest cat in the world. He used to live life as an outside guy, but he chose the right driveway to hang out in, and he was rescued from his rough and tumble ways in exchange for the cushy indoor life. It's only gotten better for him since!
He's currently enjoying life in a foster home where he loves window watching, playing with wand toys, and napping. He likes to have his space but wants to be in the room with you. Ghost is a snuggler but not a cuddler. He likes to cozy up on the couch or in bed, but he doesn't want to be right in your lap. When he's sleepy, he enjoys a good head rub, but he'll let you know when he's ready for you to stop.
Believe it or not, Ghost is learning a few tricks! He's mastered "sit" and is working on "spin" and "paw". A very smart boy! He gets the occasional zoomies and will gently hunt you from behind the couch. He's a big fan of wand toys but finds toy mice a little lacking, probably because he was once used to the real-life thing!
His foster writes, "We love Ghost, and we'd recommend an understanding family that will be patient with him. He's not a cuddly cat but comes around when he feels like it and will let you love on him. He has boundaries and that's okay! He has his clingy moments as well of rubbing on you and demanding entrance to whatever room we're in if the door is closed. Also, with him only being with us a month, I can tell with time he will grow close to his future family and be very loving."
Ghost Rider would love to finally settle in to a forever home after years on the street. Apply to adopt him today!
