Tex!! He is a beautiful Great Pyrenees pup, equipped with SOOOO much love and fun packed into his big ole body! He has double dew claws on both hind legs (breed characteristic) and is ready to get out of this southern heat! Tex was rescued from a farmers market by a Good Samaritan where he and his litter mates where ROASTING in the sun in 110 degree weather on direct asphalt. Thankfully he’s tucked into the AC in his foster home with their dog and cat and is soaking up the cool indoor conditions. Tex is almost 100% potty trained and has been around babies and toddlers and loved to play however he is very large pup weighing in around 19lb at 10 weeks. He has claimed the couch as his resting spot and spends the days watching tv with his foster mom!

Tex is hw (heartworm) negative, fully vetted and microchipped. Adopters are responsible for setting up spay/ neuter procedure with their vet. There is an additional $100 deposit added to the adoption donation of unaltered puppies which will be refunded after proof of spay/neuter. All animals from our rescue are required to be spayed/neutered. Contact an adoption coordinator for more details.
