Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful girl is Missy! She was surrendered to the shelter on 6/22 because her family travels a lot and they don't have time for her any longer. Poor Missy is terrified in the loud, overwhelming shelter environment and just shakes in her kennel. Her former family did note that Missy is house-trained, good with kids, and good with other dogs. She sounds like she'll fit into another home just fine once given time to heal her broken heart. Even though Missy is so scared in the shelter, she is still attentive to people and will sit nicely when asked. If you're looking for a well-behaved new BFF, please come meet Missy!
Missy is approximately 1 year old and is a medium-sized dog. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed, and did test negative for heartworms. She will be microchipped upon adoption. Missing is waiting in run 803; her ID # is 11175.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
