Our big teddy bear, Maverick has reached a milestone. This guy has been with us longer than any current dog and we can`t understand why. Maverick is a gentle giant who loves to run and play. While he can be picky about his doggo friends he absolutely loves people. Since Maverick has been with us he has embarked on a fitness journey. He has a thyroid condition which can contribute to weight gain, but he has learned to eat healthy and loves walks to keep his sleek figure. If you are seeking an fitness pawtner, check out Maverick. Each adoption consists of an interview, application, counseling session, and adoption contract. All adoptions are handled on a case-by-case basis, but most adoptions are first-come, first-served, and holds cannot be placed in advance for someone to meet with an animal. All animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
