How can anyone say no to this sweet face! Sandy is a super chill, laid back couch hippo who walks beautifully on leash, is house trained and does well with other calm dogs. Her and her sister Rizzo were found abandoned by their owners in June 2025 and since then Sandy has been patiently waiting for her new family. Our staff is happy to help with meet and greets and answer any questions you have.
Her adoption fee includes spay, micro-chip and up to date on her vaccines and is $125. We would love for you to come meet her! We complete adoptions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am-5:00pm and Saturday from 11am-3pm. If you have any further questions please contact the shelter at 812-282-0071 or stop by at 201 Willinger Lane Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
