Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rocky Bearboa (estimated DOB 09.15.22) is in search of his forever family. Bearboa loves getting human attention for scratches, he will come to you for collection. If you like a very passive, lay back, yet athletic type of guy, here he is! Bearboa seems to set his timer for small holds in ones arms, but scratching the right place on his chin more time is granted. He enjoys laying on the window ceil shelf relaxing as he looks out the front window at all movements...people watching, cars or birds, even squirrels. He is slim and active. He enjoys reaching up to hands asking for play or petting attention. Bearboa is self-entertained, he does well as a solo cat or with another cat companion, when properly introduced....he is well socialized with cats and dogs of all sizes, he is a purrfect gentleman! He is very swift on his paws, it's as if he almost glides 😆 he has a wall gym available to play on and boy does he show off! If you cannot find him, he is either burrowed beneath a blankie napping or playing hide n seek. If you spot him just speak aloud, "Bearboa, where are you?" walk slowly by him and if you're with in his reach you will feel him reach out and grab you or he will just give you a simple tap, he is a silly one! He eats well, dry kibble & wet and keeps well hydrated....he also enjoys his freeze dried minnow or chicken treats.
He is fully vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, litterbox trained & felv/fiv negative. If interested please contact (call or text) Elsie 530.320.7260 (I may not respond immediately when at work, thank you for your patience)
Rocky Bearboa is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her foster family in Dixon.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Rocky Bearboa please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Elsie at lcscats01@gmail.com or 5303207260. If you are unable to reach Elsie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Additional adoption info
READY TO ADOPT?
The first step in the adoption process for your new kitty is to submit an adoption application. The second step is to contact the foster home listed on the specific cat(s) or kittens you are interested in to find out more. Are you adopting a kitten? Kittens do best when they have a friend or two to grow up with! Kittens who grow up with another feline friend tend to be well-behaved, well-adjusted, and overall happier. Purebred Plus Cat Rescue kittens are typically adopted as pairs or as a single kitten to homes with an appropriate feline playmate. If you prefer only one kitten, we strongly encourage you to consider one of our wonderful older kittens or young adult cats that are available!

Our cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated and FELV/FIV tested. We are not a shelter. All of our cats are fostered in private homes. The whole goal of the adoption process is to ensure the cat or kitten is a good fit for you, the adopter, and your environment. We are looking for the best fit NOT first come first serve. We always focus on what is the best for the cat or kitten.
When you adopt from Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, you are saving TWO lives - the cat you adopt and the cat who gets to take its place in rescue!
