Do You Want To Play?
How ‘bout now? What about now? Can we play now? Waggle your toes I’ll play with them! Come on, just a little wiggle waggle! Let’s play!
Introducing Ban Zhao! Aptly named for her strong personality and fearless assertiveness, this plump bundle of energy is looking for her furrever home!
Ban Zhao landed in SAYv care after she was dropped off at CACC with pneumonia. This quiet cuddle bug surprised her foster with her playful feistiness and fearlessness when she was fully recovered. Staring down, ambushing, and tackling all living things in her relentless search of play, Bani has annoyed her way into the hearts of her foster family and she wants to annoy her way into your family too!
Toilet paper and paper towels are doomed in her presence! Windows are smudged with her nose prints! Havoc reigns when Ban Zhao enters a room! Looking to distract her for an hour (or three)? Plug the tub and toss in a few dried beans, she will joyfully bat, pounce, hunt, and kill your legumes! Have a spring toy or 20? Bani loves to play toss and will demand your attention by bringing them not-quite back to you over and over.
Ban Zhao loves to be with people and will glue herself to your side so you never have to worry about peeing alone again! Her adventurousness and extreme food motivation make her very trainable and her fondness of door dashing means she will likely enjoy stroller rolls or harness training. Dog tested but not yet mother approved, Bani will likely do well with older kids who understand she is a not a toy and stay away from her pointy ends. Ban Zhao wants to rule her own fiefdom and should be an only cat. Successful and peaceful introductions to other cats take Bani a very long time (think months not weeks) and should only be undertaken by very experienced and patient cat servants.
Ban Zhao lives in Logan Square and would love to meet, play with, and nibble you!
