Lt Dan is getting more comfortable every day. Already knows how to sit and is doing great with going potty outside. He also loves water and wants to play in the sprinklers every day 😆 He is so smart and would be a great family dog ♥️ he’s about 5 months old and 30 ish lbs. His dad is a husky and his mom is a black retriever looking mix. The owner didn’t have mom or dad fixed so they had an “oops” litter (our rescue partner in SC helped get mom and dad fixed so no more litters) unfortunately they escaped the outdoor pen they were in before we could rescue them and a few got hit and killed by a car. Lt Dan was hit too and had surgery on his leg. He’s still recovering as it takes a few months but he’s doing well and uses the leg most of the time!
