Verais a very sweet but shy girl that will need someone very special to help bring her out of her shell, says her foster dad. In fact, sinceVeragets along with other cats, he thinks shed thrive in a quiet home with another friendly feline to show her the ropes.Verawent through three surgeries when she first came to Whiskers her spay and two more to fix a complication but it didnt stop her from persevering to health and shyly trusting people. We are simply smitten with her unique tuxedo coat and how she rolls around and snuggles in when her foster family are near. She has a big purr and loves belly rubs! Whiskers TNR of Warren County aims to improve the quality of life for the county’s stray, dumped and feral cats. We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
