**BONDED PAIR** We’d love to see them be adopted together, but will consider separating for the right homes.
Luna and Nala were just pulled from a County shelter on 6/24. We were told they’re sisters who are very dependent on each other and we’re hoping for a miracle in finding someone who will adopt them both.
After a few days in a foster home and being able to get to know them, it seems like Luna (the smaller one) is more independent and could be adopted separately. Nala tends to want constant company and interaction. She’d love to have a family where someone is home often and can spend time with her.
They’re both very sweet and happy dogs, with a medium energy level.
** PLEASE NOTE THAT NALA IS HEARTWORM POSITIVE, BUT HER TREATMENT IS BEING COVERED BY OUR RESCUE ORGANIZATION AND THE SHELTER. Heartworm Disease is extremely treatable, especially in younger dogs such as Nala.

We usually try to get as much information as possible about the potential adopter and their household, to hopefully find the best match for.

More about this rescue
We have had our non-profit animal rescue since 1998.
We also had an adjoining Spay and Neuter Clinic until June 2024. That was given to a local Veterinarian and we have downsized to just the rescue.
