Meet Prince – The Royal Sour Patch Cat
Prince didn’t exactly gracefully land in our lives—he literally jumped out a window and broke his leg. (10/10 for drama, 0/10 for landing.) Sadly, his owner couldn’t provide the care he needed, so he became a permanent resident at our hospital—and let’s just say, he’s made himself known ever since.
Prince is a 1-year-old tuxedo cat with major main character energy and the emotional complexity of a Shakespearean anti-hero. He might swat your hand mid-pet, but it’s not personal—it’s just his love language. Think of him as an onion: layered, sometimes makes you cry, but totally worth it.
He’s recently taken notes from our seasoned clinic cat and is learning how to, you know… cat. There’s been frolicking. There’s been playful chaos. It’s progress.
Prince can absolutely be bribed with a churro treat (seriously, stock up), and unlike many of his feline peers, he’s got manners—no counter-surfing here! Just a dash of sass, a sprinkle of mystery, and a lot of heart hiding underneath that tiny tux.
