My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: Aug. 16, 2020

This sweet Love Bug Dove is the definition of a sweetheart. With her gentle soul, soothing purrs, and eyes that could melt anyone's heart, she's ready to steal yours. She’s calm, affectionate, and doesn’t have a single aggressive bone in her body.

This lovable girl will wake up next to you, follow you around like a little shadow, and smother you with the softest licks. She adores treats and will even stand on her hind legs like a tiny ballerina to get one! When she’s in the mood for affection (which is often!), she’ll headbutt you sweetly to let you know it’s time for love. Her zoomies are the cutest burst of joy, but most of the time she’s content to curl up beside you and gaze at you with her big, love-filled eyes.

Dove is also excellent with her eating habits and absolutely lives for her wet food. Mealtime is one of her favorite parts of the day, and she’ll happily let you know when it’s time!

If you’re looking for a calm, cuddly, and incredibly loving companion, Saw Love Bug Dove is the one. She’s ready to give her whole heart to a home that will cherish her back.

Some roles Dove likes to play:

-The Treat Dance Queen: Will immediately stand on her hind legs like a circus kitty the moment she hears the treat bag crinkle. No questions asked.

-The Headbutt Alarm Clock: Who needs an alarm when Dove headbutts your face at 7 a.m. demanding love?

-The Wet Food Whisperer: She always knows when you’re about to open a can — even from three rooms away.

-Big Eye Hypnosis: Knows how to stare at you with giant, innocent eyes until you cave in and give her another treat or cuddle.

Dove was previously adopted by a very loving mom who, heartbreakingly, had to return her due to a demanding new job that left little time to give Dove the attention she truly craves. It was an incredibly difficult decision, made out of love — her mom was very sad to say goodbye.

Dove is a people-loving cat who bonds deeply with her humans, and she truly thrives in calm, consistent environments where she can be close to her person.

Special note from the foster parent: Hey, I'm Rama – Dove's foster mom. I just wanted to say how deeply I've come to love this little sweetheart. We've definitely bonded over such a short period of time, and it's been an absolute joy having her in my life.

Dove truly thrives in calm, peaceful spaces with gentle routines and soft energy. She's the kind of cat who blossoms with love, patience, and a quiet environment — and I really hope she finds a forever home that gives her just that.

She’s incredibly special to me, and while I’ll miss her so much, I know she deserves a home that will cherish her as much as I do.
