Hi! My name is Tango, and I’m a Priority Pet because I have CH—short for cerebellar hypoplasia. This is a developmental condition where the part of my brain that controls balance and coordination didn’t fully develop.
Don’t worry—CH isn’t painful or contagious, and I’m not sick! I can live a happy, full life, and over time I’ll learn to adapt to my unique way of moving. I just need to stay indoors where I’m safe, since I can sometimes lose my balance.
Kittens like me can be safely spayed or neutered, play with other cats, and give just as much love as any other feline friend. In fact, I might even bring more joy—because my wobbly walk comes with extra personality!
As a Priority Pet, I will receive FREE basic medical care for life at Pawmetto Lifeline, including: Annual exams for life at Pawmetto Lifeline Core vaccines for life at Pawmetto Lifeline Cost of medications plus 10% (*excludes HW/flea prevention) through Pawmetto Lifeline
My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.
