My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kitty Girl!

Kitty Girl is a big heart in a tiny, expressive body. With her natural bobtail—an adorable little “pom pom tail”—and striking brown tabby coat, she’s as charming as she is resilient. Despite having survived the outdoors and likely being hit by a car, which left her with a slightly misaligned jaw and misshapen tongue, Kitty Girl is thriving. These minor quirks don’t affect her ability to eat, drink, or love—she’s as affectionate and cuddly as they come.

She’s a laid-back, curious girl who loves being close to her people, whether that means curling up in your lap during a movie or napping on top of your notepad while you work from home. Though not overly vocal, she communicates with soft trills and gentle affection. Kitty Girl has a natural nurturing side, always watching over her kittens, fellow pets, or human companions with a calm, loving presence.

After showing up hungry and pregnant on her foster family’s porch, she quickly embraced indoor life, giving birth to five healthy kittens and raising them with grace and sweetness. She gets along well with other cats, dogs, and children, though slow introductions are best. Kitty Girl is ready to bring love, comfort, and companionship to a forever home—could that be yours?

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We are a foster based rescue and all our kitties live with their foster families until they find their furever homes. We get to know our kitties and can answer questions regarding behaviors and personality.

Our adoption process is a little different than a traditional shelter. We ask that potential adopters complete an application and brief phone screen. Meet and greets are scheduled at our adoption events or with the foster.

More about this rescue

Our group's founders came from other cat rescue groups as we wanted to accept the cats others would not accept; older animals, injured, FIV positive and black cats/kittens. We also assist with TNR and have several traps to loan. We are small and informal, and always welcome new volunteers in any capacity.
