Meet Otter, he’s a stunning husky mix with the sweetest personality. Otter is an outgoing, playful, loving sweet pup who loves everyone he meets. He has soft silky fur, the best puppy breathe., he is the runt of the litter but he makes up for it with the biggest heart. Otter is so much fun to play with, he follows his people around and loves his belly and ears rubbed. He gets along great with other dogs and would love a home with a doggie friend.
